Refund policy

Clothing Returns We gladly accept returns and process refunds for clothing items within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its exact original condition. This means the clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, all original tags, labels, and the item's SKU barcode must be fully intact and attached to the garment just as you received it.

Please note that clothing items returned with missing tags, removed SKUs, or outside of the 14-day window cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

How to Initiate a Return To start your return process, simply reach out to our customer care team with your order number and the SKU of the item you wish to return. Once your return is shipped back and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Refund Processing If your return is approved and meets our original condition standards, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
